Fees & Forms

Fees and Costs

Instructional material fees help provide students with needed materials to enhance their education. As of the fall of 2017, schools will no longer charge Instructional Material Fees or IMF fees. However, schools will continue to charge on a cost recovery basis for field trip experienecs, some junior high options, and for extra curricular teams or club events.

Online Payment

To reduce time and paper waste, school fees can be paid online. Parents of returning students can pay their children’s fees through their existing PowerSchool Parent Portal account.

New students must first be registered at their school. Once the child is registered, a Parent Portal account will be created. More about new student registration.

All students are required to use this registration form. Registrants for the Headstart program must deliver completed forms to the Early Childhood Education team at Sturgeon Public Schools’s central office. All other registrants must deliver completed forms to the school office or Sturgeon Public Schools’s central office. A copy of the student’s birth certificate will be required.
